5 Non-Negotiables That Helped Lauren Build a 7-Figure Business.

1. Move your body every day. "If you feel like rubbish, go for a walk".
2. Schedule Breaks! And take them. "I used to purposely NOT drink water, so I didn't have to go to the toilet during work hours".
3. Don't respond to messages (or texts) outside of business hours. "People just assume that everyone is contactable 24 hours a day these days, and that's not cool".
4. Set Goals! And reward yourself when you achieve them. "Watch how fast you grow when you set BIG goals and reward yourself with something special when you achieve them".
5. Pay yourself properly. "Make sure that you're being fairly compensated for all the hours that you put into your business - inside and outside of business hours".
