5. You've got to know your Numbers (19:40). You need to know your Break Even Point.
6. Both You (and your Team) have to be good with People (21:30).
7. You have to be really good at Marketing and/or extremely committed to getting better at Marketing (25:50).
8. Focus On You Own Stuff!! (28:10).
9. Behind every successful Business Owner is a truly great Accountant (30:25).
