In this week's episode Lauren discusses some more reasons why your Clients might not be coming back to your Salon, and just like last week, many of these reasons go beyond the quality of your work and/or the cost of your services.

Keep in Mind: the types of TikTok clips that Lauren was watching around this topic aren't actually good examples of strong marketing for your Salon.

The Reasons Why Your Clients Don't Come Back (part 2):

• The Tech's hands always smelt heavily of food. (02:00).

• Little-to-no conversation. (05:30).

• "Her kids kept running around, and she kept talking to her boyfriend." (07:50).

• "She dropped her phone on my face." (09:45).

• Always blamed me for the condition of my lashes. (13:15).

• The Tech didn't confirm that I was comfortable and pain-free, and then ignored me when I said I wasn't. (17:00).

• The price kept changing even though I always got the same thing. (20:30).

• "She was always talking to her mum (who was in the next room) and it was super annoying." (22:00).

• "The after-pics she took of me, were so ugly and unflattering." (23:30).

• "She told her other Clients my 'tea' and it got back to me." (25:45).

• My lashes were only lasting a week or so, and it wasn't worth the investment. (27:15).

• It always took too long. (28:10).

• The Tech would stop every 5 minutes to go on their phone. (31:45).

• The Tech was always running at least 30 minutes late. (32:15).

• Chewed gum loudly. (34:00).
