In this week's episode Lauren discusses the good and the bad of trying to book a basic beauty service (online) while on a recent trip to Melbourne, Victoria, and spoiler alert, there was a lot of bad.

Lauren searched for, and found, 5 different Salons and attempted to book a service online with each of them, and for the most part she found the process frustrating and/or a complete waste of her time.

• "I was struck by how hard it was to book in with 4-of-the-5 Salons online." ~ (03:30).

• "Ask someone outside of the beauty industry to test your booking process for you and to give you feedback (good, bad, and otherwise)." ~ (16:15).

• "Your Booking Process should take 2-3 minutes without confusing, and the payment options should be as simple and as convenient as possible." ~ (18:00).
