In this week's episode Lauren discusses the good and the bad of trying to book a basic beauty service (online) while on a recent trip to Melbourne, Victoria, and spoiler alert, there was a lot of bad.

Lauren searched for, and found, 5 different Salons and attempted to book a service online with each of them, and for the most part she found the process frustrating and/or a complete waste of her time.
