You're the only person who can order stock properly, and it doesn't get done on time. (You're running out of essential supplies). (07:20).

5 Signs That You Might Be The Bottleneck in Your Own Business:

Are you involved in every single decision in the Salon? (10:00).
Are you avoiding delegating things, because you believe it's quicker/easier just to do it yourself? (11:00).
