Just Start. With repetition confidence builds.
Have some notes in some tangible form - plan it out on paper, tablet, outline, etc.
Schedule your Creation/Filming time into your schedule.
Wear your Uniform, and wear makeup and style your hair - you want to be ready to record when inspiration strikes (as well as in your scheduled creation slots).
Have all the Tools you need ready to go before you start to record/create.
ALWAYS JUST FILM 3 TIMES.
Stop trying to convince yourself that you're going to trolled, bagged-out, hated-on, or worse, instead ask yourself: What's the (actual) worst thing that's going to happen?
