In this week's episode Lauren shares # ways that you could be sabotaging your business, and your Salon's success.

You're not using an Online Booking System.
You don't have a website, or you don't have an effective website.
You don't have a proper domain name for your website - a .com.au if you're based in Australia.
You need a work email address with your domain name. So something like yourname@yoursalonname.com.au (not a gmail, hotmail, outlook or Yahoo email address).
You don't have a system for taking booking fees and/or capturing your Client's card details.
You don't have a professional POS (Point of Sale) or checkout area in your Salon.
You're not documenting, banking and declaring all your earnings.
You don't look the part, and you're not wearing a flattering and fantastic looking uniform.
Your Salon isn't presented professionally. All Public Facing Areas Need to Look Absolutely Immaculate!
You don't have Written Policies in your business around Late Cancellations, Late Arrivals, Children in the Salon, Time Between Services. etc.

If you're not taking your business seriously, your Clients won't take your business seriously.
