You need to have a strong Retail Focus in your Salon.
You need a dedicated Customer Service Specialist in your business to drive positive Customer Experiences, and to optimise your Bookings and Calendar.
You need to train your Team on how to add-on and upgrade treatments. Teaching your staff the best ways to introduce and discuss an upgrade with Clients is critical to your Salon's success.
Trust in FOMO. Scarcity is your friend in marketing and promotion. Promote your Wait List instead of always posting your availabilities so your Clients understand that they need to book sooner rather than later, so they don't miss out.
You need to keep your Team motivated and focussed on your Revenue Goals, if you want turnover $1 Million in your business.
You need to remain consistent on Socials. At the very least you need to stay active on Stories.
